MARSHALL – A Grand Island, Neb. man, 39, was cited for driving after revocation in a traffic related incident reported at 5:51 a.m. at the intersection of West Main Street and North 5th Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A Richfield woman, 27, turned herself in on a Lyon County warrant in an incident reported at 5:08 a.m. Friday on the 600 block of West Main Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A Tyler man, 28, was arrested for second degree DWI, second degree refusal to test, fleeing a peace officer on foot, driving after revocation, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving without headlights and taken to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 1:37 a.m. Friday near the Delux Motel, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said. Marshall Police assisted the Sheriff’s Department, the Sheriff’s Department said.

MARSHALL – A Dawson man, 19, and a Hartland, Wis. man, 19, were cited for minor consumption in an incident reported at 12:40 a.m. Friday near Pappy’s, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A juvenile male was reported as a runaway at 8:46 p.m. Thursday on the 1100 block of Hackberry Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – Theft of an iPhone and money was reported at 7:25 p.m. Thursday on the 200 block of A Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A burglary incident reported at 6:54 p.m. Thursday on the 200 block of North 5th Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

LYON COUNTY – A Plymouth man, 37, was arrested for driving after suspension and taken to the Law Enforcement Center during a traffic related incident reported at 6:25 p.m. Thursday on U.S. Highway 59 south of Lyon County Road 6, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

MARSHALL – An incident described as all other reported at 3:21 p.m. Thursday is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – Theft of pallets was reported at 1:47 p.m. Thursday on the 800 block of West Main Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A juvenile matter reported at 1:06 p.m. Thursday on the 400 block of Tiger Drive is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A Marshall man, 28, was arrested on a Lyon County warrant and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 8:58 a.m. Thursday on the 600 block of West Main Street, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

MARSHALL – A truancy incident reported at 8:38 a.m. Thursday on the 500 block of West Saratoga Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

Accidents

LYON COUNTY – A 2003 Toyota driven by a Rice Lake, Wis. woman, 31, received moderate damage in a one-vehicle crash reported at 12:10 a.m. Thursday on Minnesota Highway 23, north of Lyon County Road 7, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said. The driver lost control of the vehicle, slid off the road and rolled, the Sheriff’s Department said.
