MARSHALL – A Fulda man, 39, was arrested for third degree DWI and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 10:53 p.m. Monday at the intersection of A Street and Marvin Schwan Memorial Drive, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL – A Marshall man, 29, was cited for school bus stop arm violation in an incident reported at 4:39 p.m. Monday on the 1100 block of Paris Road, Marshall Police said.
BALATON – Parties in a verbal argument reported at 3:58 p.m. Monday on the 200 block of North Lake Avenue were separated for the night, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.
TRACY – A warrant pickup incident was reported at 10:33 a.m. Monday, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.
MARSHALL – A 2014 Chevrolet driven by a Marshall man, 60, struck a parked and unattended 2005 Toyota in an incident reported at 9:32 a.m. Monday on the 200 block of North 7th Street, Marshall Police said.
