MARSHALL – A Marshall man, 28, was arrested on a Lyon County warrant, and a Marshall man, 24, was cited for possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle in a traffic related complaint incident reported at 2:05 a.m. Sunday on Lyon County Road 33, Marshall Police said.
