Good weather, music and fun events were the perfect combination for Russell’s Bandwagon Days over the weekend, organizers said. “We had a good turnout for all of our events,” said Hilary Buchert. While organizers were initially worried it might rain over the weekend, it stayed dry for events like the rodeo, bull riding, a kickball tournament and more. Some events, like the firemen’s roast and live music, were always a hit with the crowd, Buchert said. And this year, having the band IV Play perform was a big draw for visitors. “The band brought in a ton of people. We probably tripled our population in town that night,” she
