The Marshall Municipal Band performed a celebration of “Life-Long Music Making” Wednesday evening at Liberty Park. The evening started with a performance of the Boulder Estates Choir, followed by performances by the children of the SMSU Day Care, the SMSU Children’s Theater cast of “The Lion King,” a group of vocalists from the Prairie Arts Chorale, and finally a preview of the Marshall Area Stage Company’s production of “The School of Rock.” The evening concluded with the weekly performance of the Marshall Municipal Band. John Ginocchio and Wayne Ivers directed the band performance.
