Tricks and treats

The Halloween fun started before sundown in Marshall, with local events encouraging families to come trick-or-treating. Hill Street Place held its annual Halloween Parade, where kids could dress in costume and meet Hill Street residents. And outside St. Stephen Lutheran Church, community members and trick-or-treaters alike dressed up for a trunk or treat event.
