COTTONWOOD — A two-vehicle crash with injuries was reported Friday morning at U.S. Highway 59 and Lyon County Road 24, the Minnesota State Patrol said.

The crash was reported at 10:33 a.m. A 2008 Chevy Suburban driven by a Marshall man, 42, was northbound on Highway 59, and a 2019 Chevy Traverse driven by a Waukee, Iowa, man, 22, was westbound on County Road 24, the State Patrol said. The vehicles collided in the intersection.

Road conditions were wet at the time of the crash, the State Patrol said.

The Lyon County Sheriff’s Office, and Cottonwood Fire and Ambulance all responded at the crash scene.
