Eastbound traffic on Highway 19/East College Drive has been reduced to one lane in Marshall, from Mustang Trail to Sunrise Lane, while crews investigate and repair a sink hole. Westbound travelers will not be able to use the center turn lane. Drivers are asked to slow down and use caution in the work zone. Work is expected to be completed by end of day Wednesday
