Independent office closed
In response to the stay-at-home order by Gov. Tim Walz, the Marshall Independent has closed its office to the public. The lobby will remain open between 8 a.m.-4 p.m. with access to the Country Spirit, Hy-Vee Trader and drop off for the Country Spirit Eagle contest. Customers can still call the office at 507-537-1551. Payments can be put into the drop box outside the building, where single copies of the newspaper are also available for sale.
