Timmerman, Goepferich are Catholic Daughter scholarship winners Court St. Joan of Arc 1291 has award two scholarships this year. The winners are Claire Goepferich of Cottonwood and Anna Timmerman of Marshall. Goepferich plans to attend college to get an associate degree in nursing and then study for a bachelor’s degree. Minnesota West Community & Technical College announced scholarship recipients for fall semester 2020. These students were chosen to receive the following scholarships based on their applications and meeting numerous requirements defined by each individual scholarship. These scholarships awarded are funded by donors to the Minnesota West Foundation and the Workforce Development scholarships, which are made available through funding by the state of Minnesota. She has been selected as a winner in the 2020 American Foreign Service Association Merit Awards Competition.
