Dr. Jeff Bell named interim dean, College of Arts, Letters and Sciences Southwest Minnesota State University Provost Dr. Ross Wastvedt announced Dr. Jeffrey Bell has been named SMSU interim dean of the College of Arts, Letters and Sciences. Winge earns University of Nebraska-Lincoln degree Nadia Ann Winge of Currie was among 3,512 graduates who received degrees from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln during commencement exercises May 7 and 8.
