Pro-Life Benefit Breakfast on Sunday

The Pro-Life Benefit Pancake, Egg, Sausage Breakfast will be from 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Sunday in Holy Redeemer Church basement, Carlin Hall, Marshall. It is sponsored by Birthright of Marshall and Choices Pregnancy Center of Marshall. Carrie Meyer, the director for the Choices Pregnancy Center in Marshall, will be available to answer any questions you may have regarding the new facility that will be opening soon.

‘The Night of Cornerstone’ to begin Nov. 1

A new opportunity for worship, fellowship and children’s programming called “The Night of Cornerstone,” is beginning Nov. 1, continuing on the first Wednesday night of every month. The time will be from 6:30-7:15 p.m.

Children ranging from preschool through eighth grade will meet together for Christian education and fellowship while adults will meet for an informal time of worship through music and prayer.

Swedish Meatball Supper at Hope Lutheran

Hope Lutheran Church in Minneota is having its annual Swedish Meatball Supper and Bake Sale on Sunday, Nov. 5, with serving from 5-7 p.m. in the church basement. Included on the menu are meatballs, mashed potatoes and gravy, candied carrots, buns and butter, cranberries and a dessert of your choice. Take-out order are also available.

The bake sale will include a variety of items, such as Belgian cookies, candles, jams and jellies and various baked goods.
