MARSHALL – Elizabeth Schmidt and Troy Deutz announce their engagement. Parents of the couple are Charlie and Jean Schmidt of Lake Crystal and Tim and Jennifer Deutz of Marshall. Schmidt graduated from Southwest Minnesota State in 2014 and is a hair stylist at Savvy Salon and Spa of Marshall. Deutz graduated from South Dakota State in 2012 and works for Ralco Nutrition as a district sales manager as well as auctioneers and farms with his family. The couple plans a June 27, 2015, wedding in Marshall and will live in Marshall.

MARSHALL – Amber Buysse and Trent Altheide announce their engagement. Parents of the couple are Chuck and Cheri Buysse of Marshall and Brad Altheide of Marshall and Donna Lunda of Sioux City. Buysse is a 2005 graduate from Marshall High school, and received a bachelor of science degree in elementary education from Southwest Minnesota State University. She is a fourth grade teacher at Tracy Area Elementary School. Altheide graduated from Marshall High School in 2002. He is a carpenter for Altheide Construction. The couple plans to marry July 11, 2015, at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church.

TRACY – Melissa Marie Luckhardt and Braedy Winsor Lueth announce their engagement. Parents of the couple are Jerry and Marcia Hubner and the late William Luckhardt of Tracy and Jeff and Jodi Lueth of Truman. Luckhardt is a 2005 graduate of Tracy Area High School. She received her bachelor’s degree in 2009 from Winona State University with a double major in accounting and human resources. In 2011, she completed her master’s degree in business administration through Southwest Minnesota State University. She is employed by Bank Midwest in Fairmont. Lueth is a 2003 graduate of Truman Public School. He received his associate degree in agribusiness and management from South Central College in Mankato in 2009. He is employed by ADS Hancor in Fairmont as a territory manager. The couple plans an August wedding.
