MARSHALL — The intersection of Main Street and College Drive in Marshall is planned to re-open in about a week, construction representatives said. But before then, drivers will need to watch out for another section of closed road on East College Drive. In construction updates this week, Erika Coudron of R and G Construction said starting Monday, June 22, crews will begin tearing out the road surface on East College between High Street and Hill Street.
