MARSHALL — The dates aren’t official yet, but the city of Marshall is looking at opening its new Aquatic Center in August. In a report to the Marshall City Council on Tuesday, council member See Moua-Leske said construction is getting close to finished, and city staff were working on plans for both a “slow opening” and an official opening. “We are hoping for a ribbon-cutting in the beginning of August sometime,” Moua-Leske said. “We will post that when it becomes official.” Moua-Leske said current season pass holders for the Marshall Aquatic Center may have a…
