MARSHALL — The Lyon County Environmental Department is asking some Marshall residents to start making sure they put out their recycling the night before pickup is scheduled. Starting July 20, curbside recycling collection on Mondays will be done earlier in the morning, said environmental technician Stephanie Bethke-DeJaeghere. “Due to a shortage of recycling drivers, they are going to be starting (pickup) at 3 a.m.,” she said.
