Montana Beckmann led the way for MCC with 29 points, six rebounds and seven steals. Shelby Christensen added 27 points and six steals in the win while Brianna Schmitz finished with eight points, nine rebounds and seven assists.
Gabrielle Buckridge led Edgerton with 13 points.
MCC (12-9) opens Section 3A South Tournament action on Saturday as the No. 4 seed and will face Adrian.

Morgan Hennen led the way for Minneota with 18 points and four steals. Lydia Sussner added 13 points and seven rebounds in the win, while Abby Hennen finished with 10 points, six rebounds and five assists.
Alexis Lienemann led Lakeview with nine points. Savannah Rausch added eight points and seven rebounds, while Shelby Gravley had seven points.
Both teams will begin Section 3A North Tournament action on Saturday. No. 1 seed Minneota (23-1) will face either Canby or Dawson-Boyd while No. 5 seed Lakeview will face Yellow Medicine East.
