SIOUX FALLS, S.D. - Registration has opened for the fifth annual Prairie Striders Indoors 5K on the South Dakota State University track at the Sanford/Jackrabbit Athletic Complex Jan. 19.
The race will be run in two heats - one at 8:30 a.m. for those planning to finish in 24 minutes or less and the other at 9 a.m. Participants can choose between a short-sleeved Prairie Striders performance shirt or Prairie Striders socks.
Prairie Striders President Dave Graves said the race represents a rare chance to race indoors. Doors open at 7:30 a.m.
