Tracy man charged with reckless firearm discharge

MARSHALL — A Tracy man was charged this week with reckless discharge of a firearm within Tracy city limits. Lyon County District Court records said a hearing was held Monday for Noah Eugene Fastenau, 28. A criminal complaint alleges that Tracy Police were dispatched Sunday morning to a report of possible gunshots fired in the area of Fifth Street and Harvey Street in Tracy.
