The intersection of U.S. Highway 59/Susan Drive/Margaret Avenue will be closed from 6 a.m. to noon today for the mill and overlay project. (This is the 3-way intersection east of US 59 to the entrance corridors of WalMart/Runnings/Marshalls/Harbor Freight). Margaret Avenue will be closed for paving during this time.
Upon completion of the above intersection, Canoga Park Drive will be closed to be paved, and the right and left turn lanes from U.S. Highway 59 onto Canoga Park Drive will be closed during this time.
Both areas are anticipated to be completed by end of day today, weather permitting.
Access will be restricted. All vehicles will be required to use alternate routes during the period of closure.
U.S. Highway 59 through-traffic will be unaffected for both of these closures as northbound and southbound U.S. Highway 59 lanes will remain open.
