The Wabasso Lions Club is having its 55th annual Bar-B-Que from 5-8 p.m. today at the community center grounds in Wabasso. The meal is $10 for ages 13 and up; $5 for 6-12 years old and free for those ages 5 and under. Barbecue pork, beans, potato salad, bread and pickles are on the menu. A hot dog meal for mac and cheese meal is available for $5, and take-outs are also available. A kid’s pedal pull will be at 7 p.m.; registration is at 6:30 p.m. Music by DJ Bob will be from 5-8 p.m. There is also a raffle. All proceeds will go to Lions Club projects. Wabasso youth baseball and softball games will be at the city baseball field and softball complex; games start at 5 p.m. St. Matthew’s youth group will serve ice cream treats.
