Free Park Saturday

Minnesota State Parks will offer free vehicle entry on Saturday. The Friends of Camden State Park will be providing root beer floats and fly fishing workshops beginning at 1 p.m. For more information, contact the park office at 507-872-7031 or camden.statepark@state.mn.us.

SMSU to host Children’s Theatre and High School Theatre Workshop productions

Southwest Minnesota State University, in partnership with Marshall Community Services and P.S. Productions, will host the annual productions by the SMSU Children’s Theatre today, High School Theatre Workshop today-Saturday.

The SMSU Children’s Theatre Workshop presents “Twinderella: The Musical” at 9:30 a.m., 11 a.m., and 6:30 p.m. today. The High School Theatre Workshop presents “Door to Door” at 8 p.m. today and 1 p.m. Saturday. Admission for all shows is “pay what you can” at the door. All performances are in the SMSU Fine Arts Theatre and are open to the public.
