The third-grade students at Southview Elementary would like to thank the Pride in the Tiger Foundation for their generous grant to allow us to visit the Bramble Park Zoo in Watertown, South Dakota. This experience allowed us to connect our social studies and science curriculum and lessons to the real world. For some of us, it was the first time at a real zoo. We appreciate the foundation’s continued interest in and support of our education.
