The intersection of Saratoga Street and South Fifth Street will be closed noon today and will reopen on Thursday morning.

Access will be restricted. Alternate routes will be necessary. All vehicles are recommended to be parked on adjacent streets during this time. No through-traffic

will be allowed within the project area.
