CANBY — The Canby/Minneota track and field team defended its home turf well on Friday, cruising to a pair of lopsided wins in both the boys and girls sides of its home track and field meet. The Lancer girls finished with a total of 137.5 points, well ahead of runner-up Lakeview’s 42.5 in the four-team field. CLOUD — Marshall freshman Elijah Winn tied for third in the field of 135 at the St. Cloud Boys Golf Invitational on Thursday, helping Marshall to a ninth-place finish out of 22 teams.
