BIG SOUTH BOYS MARSHALL — Deacon Wing and Ethan Wendorff’s top-3 finishes helped the Marshall boys protect their home course in a Big South Conference golf division event on Monday. The Tigers had four golfers in the top five of the 42-player field to beat out runner-up St. Peter by six strokes. TMB 9, E/SWC 8 TRACY — Griffin Zick walked off a win for the Tracy-Milroy-Balaton baseball team, literally, on Friday against Edgerton/Southwest Christian. With the bases loaded in the bottom of the 10th, Zick took ball four to force across the winning run, handing the Panthers a 9-8 victory. COTTONWOOD — Nolan Leopold, Tavyn Larson and Tyson Lightfoot helped lead the Wabasso boys track and field team to a first-place finish at the Lakeview Invitational on Thursday.
