MARSHALL -- The Marshall Tigers volleyball team is off to another strong start, opening the 2026 season with a 3-0 record through its first three matches.
Marshall began the season with a challenging matchup against Chanhassen on its home court. The Tigers responded with a strong performance, taking down the Storm in four sets to open the season with a statement victory.
From there, Marshall hit the road for back-to-back matches.
The Tigers traveled to Watertown, South Dakota, for their second match of the season and continued their strong play, sweeping Watertown to move to 2-0.
Just two days later, Marshall was back on the court, this time traveling to Waseca. The Tigers carried their momentum into the matchup and secured another sweep, giving them back-to-back road victories and three consecutive wins to begin the season.
Now, Marshall will look to keep its perfect start going when it travels to Brandon Valley on Sept. 8.
First serve is scheduled for 6:30 p.m., as the Tigers look to remain unbeaten and extend their early-season winning streak.
