MARSHALL -- After playing to a 2-2 draw against St. Peter on Thursday, Marshall girls soccer now sits at 1-1-1 through its first three matches of the season.
The Tigers opened the season against St. Cloud Cathedral, falling 2-1 in their first match.
Marshall bounced back in its next game, earning its first victory of the season with a dominant 6-1 win over Waseca.
The Tigers were back on the field Thursday against St. Peter, where neither team was able to find a decisive goal. The two sides finished tied 2-2, giving Marshall its first draw of the season.
With three matches in the books, the Tigers will look to continue building momentum as they move further into the season.
Marshall will return to action Sept. 8 when it travels to Worthington for its next matchup.
