MARSHALL -- Just like the girls soccer team, the Marshall boys soccer team is also off to a 1-1-1 start through its first three matches of the season.
The Tigers opened the season with a strong showing against Apollo, earning a 3-0 victory.
Marshall followed that win with a road matchup against Breck a couple of days later, where the Tigers fell 3-1.
The Tigers were back on the road Thursday night against Waseca, but neither team was able to find the back of the net. The match ended in a scoreless 0-0 draw, giving Marshall its first tie of the season.
With three matches now in the books, the Tigers will look to build on their 1-1-1 start as the season continues.
Marshall will return home for its next match on Sept. 8, hosting Worthington at 7 p.m.
