RRC extends win streak to four with win over Edgerton

LAMBERTON -- The Red Rock Central volleyball team strung together its fourth consecutive win on Tuesday, topping Edgerton in Red Rock Conference play 25-22, 21-25, 25-21, 25-15 behind Amelia Ubl's 34 digs.

Kendra Schroeder also contributed 16 digs, and Natasha Erickson and Zoey Keck added 12 each.

Erickson's 31 set assists were a team-high. Keck and Victoria Pankonin were the primary targets of her assists, finishing with nine kills apiece. Lilly Batalden added another eight kills.

Keck and Paplow each served up a trio of aces.

Red Rock Central improves to 4-6 with the win, and aims to continue inching closer to .500 when it goes on the road to take on Mountain Lake Area-Comfrey (0-9) on Thursday at 7:15 p.m.
