Hadley 7, Pipestone 1
PIPESTONE — Tucker Sorenson struck out 18 batters in a complete-game effort for the Hadley Buttermakers, leading his team to a 7-1 road win over the Pipestone A’s in a non-conference amateur baseball game on Wednesday.
Sorenson limited the A’s to a single hit and three walks over the full nine innings. The only run he gave up was unearned, improving his record to 3-0 on the season.

Lamberton 4, Leavenworth 3 (10 inn.)
LAMBERTON — Some late offense helped the Lamberton Long Sox pick up a 4-3 win over Leavenworth in 10 innings on Wednesday. Regulation wasn’t enough to determine a winner, but the Long Sox drew a bases-loaded walk in the bottom of the 10th to walk off the win.
Quintyn Vold threw the first 6 2/3 innings for Lamberton, striking out 12 batters while limiting the Long Sox to one earned run. Brady Bierl threw another 2 1/3 scoreless innings, and Jake Wahl pitched the final frame to earn the win.
Jake Wahl and Jack Hines each logged a pair of hits with a pair of RBIs for the Long Sox.
Lamberton improves to 3-1 on the season with the win and next goes on the road to take on the Stark Longhorns on Sunday at 5 p.m.
