Danielle Nubile is a 6-foot-1 junior forward for the state-ranked Marshall girls basketball team. She was on the state tournament roster last season as a sophomore, where the Tigers became Class AAA runners-up. This year, Nubile has been a starter, playing a significant role as a three-level shooter as Marshall goes on another successful run in its 2025-26 season campaign.

Q: How long have you been playing basketball?

A: I think since like second or third grade.

Q: Who is one of your favorite athletes that inspires you?

A: I really like Michael Jordan.

Q: What is one of your favorite basketball memories?

A: Going to get food before the games with the team.

Q: What is your favorite school subject?

A: I like science, I’m just not very good at it.

Q: If you could have one superpower on the basketball court, what would it be?

A: Is dunking like a superpower? I wish I could dunk.
