TRACY — The sixth-ranked Minneota boys wrestling team picked up another two wins Tuesday night, defeating Kerkhoven-Murdock-Sunburg and Tracy-Milroy-Balaton/Westbrook-Walnut Grove in a pair of duals.

Several wrestlers won their matches by pins for the Vikings, while TMB/WWG came up just short in its dual to KMS 35-30.

The Vikings came away with a 38-29 win over TMB/WWG and controlled nearly the entire match against KMS for a 59-11 win.

Heydan Danielson and Blake Mead pinned their opponents in both of Minneota duals, while as did David Schuh for TMB/WWG.

Minneota will next host a triangular on Thursday, and TMB/WWG will travel to the Sheldon Tournament on Saturday.

Bentleigh Bothun finished the night with a pin in the 172 class, while Griffin Johnson also won by major decision in the 121 match to help lead the team.

United will next compete in a triangular at BOLD in Olivia on Thursday at 5 p.m.

REDWOOD FALLS — The Red Rock Central boys wrestling team came up short in a pair of duals Tuesday night on the road to Redwood Valley 47-28 and to Adrian 52-18.

Mason Weber, Jackson Radmaker, Marshal Willhite and Colton Schaffran all had pins in the dual against Redwood Valley. Braxton Weber, Noah Schunk and Dawson Mariner did just the same against Adrian.

RRC will next travel to the Paynesville Invitational and look to grab a win on Friday.
