MILROY –The Milroy Yankees will celebrate the team’s 80th anniversary ahead of their game against their final home game of the season on Saturday against Sacred Heart, as well as the Hall of Fame Induction for Eric Dolan and Matt Bauer.

The Yankees’ game against the Saints is scheduled to begin at 5 p.m. at Yankee Field in Milroy. The pre-game social will begin an hour before first pitch at 4 p.m.

The event will include food from JC’s Porkchops, as well as rootbeer floats, drink specials and raffle prizes.

The Yankees are currently 7-11 overall and in 7th place in the Corn Belt League at 5-8 in league play. They sit just a game behind fourth-place Wabasso.
