SMSU TENNIS: SMSU prepares for two-day Gustavus Invite
MARSHALL – The Southwest Minnesota State University women’s tennis team, 2-0 during the fall season, will return to the court today and Sunday competing at the Gustie Invitational hosted by Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter.
The invite features a singles and doubles draw with numerous teams participating in the two-day event.
Southwest Minnesota State opened its season last Saturday with a 9-0 victory over Wisconsin-River Falls and a 5-4 victory over St. Ben’s. SMSU returns to dual match play on Sept. 25 with matches versus St. Olaf and Carleton in Northfield. SMSU’s lone fall home dual is set for Oct. 16 versus Doane University.
