MARSHALL — Southwest Swim Club competed in multiple swim meets during the month of June. The BSC Summer Swim Meet was held in Brookings, SD on June 4-6. The meet featured over 250 athletes from 15 swim clubs from South Dakota and Minnesota. SSC had 3 athletes competing in 19 individual events. Of those events, SSC has 16 personal bests and 7 top 8 finishes.

The Too Cool for the Outdoor Pool swim meet was held in Watertown, SD on June 12-13. The meet featured over 140 athletes from 7 swim clubs from South Dakota and Minnesota. SSC had 3 athletes competing in 18 individual events. Of those events, SSC had 17 personal bests and 18 top 16 finishes.

The 2021 ASC Summer Highpoint meet was held in Aberdeen, SD on June 18-20. The meet featured over 400 athletes from 19 swim clubs from South Dakota, North Dakota, and Minnesota. SSC had 5 athletes qualifying to compete at the State Championships in 33 individual events. Of those events, SSC had 27 personal bests, 11 top 16 finishes, and 1 highpoint winner – Austin Dunn 8th place 15-16 boys.
