MARSHALL — Multiple area football and volleyball coaches earned some end-of-the-season accolades over the weekend.

Marshall football coach Terry Bahlmann was named the Section 2AAAA Coach of the Year while volleyball assistant coach Alex Boddy was named the Section 3AA Assistant Coach of the Year.

Minneota volleyball coach Hayley Fruin was also named the Section 3A Coach of the Year while Russell-Tyler-Ruthton assistant coach Neil Witte was named the Section 3A Assistant Coach of the Year.
