COTTONWOOD – Lakeview’s Erin Stevens has signed on to play basketball for Mayville State University next season. Stevens averaged 6.3 points per game and 4.7 rebounds for the Lakers her senior year.

Stevens is pursuing an education degree and will be a third generation Comet. Both her parents graduated from Mayville State and her grandfather David Noyes was once the boys basketball coach.

Mayville State is located in Mayville, North Dakota. The Comets went 17-12 overall and fell to the University of Jamestown in the second round of the North Star Athletic Association Conference tournament.
