There is a primary election coming up Aug. 11 that will place on the ballot the names of candidates running for the office such as governor, attorney general, secretary of state, auditor and US Senate of the Republican and Democrat party for the November election. How many people know or care? Sadly, too many. Historically, about 20% of eligible voters participate.
Who are these people that are trying to become the nominee and have their names on the ballot this November? Most people don’t know because they don’t care or pay attention. Many people are tired of politicians when it has been the people themselves that have either cast their vote for them or have not bothered to make an informative vote that has caused their disappointment and/or frustration. Most people vote along party lines or vote for the person that has “incumbent” next to their name. Far too many people are so frustrated they don’t even bother to vote. Sadly, that seems to be the norm.
We are living through some radical changes that have caused us great concern. Loss of billions due to fraud, criminal illegals committing unspeakable acts of rape and murder, assassinations, both attempts and successful, violent rioting, non citizens given commercial driving License that cannot read or understand English creating death and chaos on our highways and on and on and on. Too many to mention.
If this is the society you want to live in, continue doing what you have done. Nothing. Just stay home and don’t bother yourself to get involved or informed. Just stay home and complain and blame it on the politicians. That’s easier to do. Maybe somebody else will do it for you. Well, somebody has and that is why we are in the situation we are in now. The people that complain the most have done nothing to bring about any positive change in the situation.
Stop the blaming, stop the complaining and take some time to inform yourself. Don’t just listen to the pundits and talking heads from the “so called” mainstream media. Do your own research. Then show up and make a more intelligent vote.
