To the editor:

The Pride in the Tiger Foundation Board of Directors, are proud to stand in support of Marshall Public Schools and the levy referendum on Nov. 4.

Every day, we see how opportunities change lives. A student finding their voice in the school musical. A kindergartner getting the extra help they need from a classroom aide. A high schooler discovering a future career path through business or agriculture classes. These moments matter. They shape confidence, spark dreams, and prepare students for what comes next.

The levy is about protecting student opportunities. Without it, critical programs, and positions, many that directly support kids, will be at risk. That means fewer hands in the classroom, fewer choices for students, and fewer ways for kids to find where they belong.

Marshall has always believed in its young people. Our community has shown repeatedly that investing in students is the surest way to build a brighter future for everyone. When we vote yes on Nov. 4, we say that our kids deserve the absolute best we can give them.

Strong schools don’t just teach; they help build communities. Let’s make sure Marshall students continue to have the support, resources, and opportunities they need to thrive.
