Minnesota Dem ‘leaders’ bring disgrace
To the editor:
The elected DFL leaders of our state have again brought national disgrace to Minnesota. Ilhan Omar has been at the top of the list for many years until just recently. Omar should be kissing the ground she walks on … instead of the constant degradation of the U.S. she spews most any time she is on TV.
The voters in her district should be ashamed. However, other Dems from our state have done their part. Tina Smith, junior U.S. senator was recently on TV making what appears to be a brain dead statement by saying that J.D. Vance; GOP VP candidate never served his county. She must be listening to the fake news or she would have known that Vance served four years in the Marines including a hostile deployment to Iraq.
Not to be out done, enter our illustrious governor; retired Command Sgt. Major (CSM) Walz. In his military records it shows that although he was an acting CSM but due to him not completing the necessary requirements, retired as a master sergeant; one pay grade below CSM. Unlike J.D. Vance, Walz’s closest encounter to a combat area was the time he was deployed to Italy and had to maneuver through rush hour traffic. The most fraudulent statement is in a video clip where he is telling his audience that the weapons he “carried in war” should not be on the streets.
Finally, the national news has a nickname for him in regard to the bill he signed to make public schools in Minnesota provide personal hygiene products in all restrooms, boys and girls for grades 4-12. There is much more in regard to financial accountability but that would exceed the suggested word length.
