Putin may be using fleeing men to take land

To the editor:

Has it occurred to anyone that the mass migration of young men to Finland, Georgia, etc., is Putin's sly way of taking over property with out firing a shot?

Too, if a great many are flowing into Europe, think of Putin's advantage if he decides to escalate the war.

Have you noticed on the news that the Russian authorities are not preventing the men from leaving? This scene is very peculiar.
