To the editor:

 I want to share with you an exciting opportunity regarding a new restaurant open to the public in Marshall.  The name of the restaurant is TASTE. The restaurant is located at Southwest Minnesota State University. TASTE is managed by Chef Ronnie Walker and is operated by the students of the Culinology and Hospitality Management programs. The menu typically offers four courses; the third course offers several enticing entree options.  

It is a joy to see the pride in the students as they participate in this hands-on learning experience. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the meal and the experience. 

The restaurant is open on Thursday and Friday evenings; reservations can be made at tableagent.com or email taste@smsu.edu.
