Three reasons to vote Republican

My reasons why I will vote Republican this year:

• In 1952, the Korean War was being fought. I knew that I would be drafted. In campaigning for the upcoming presidential election, Gen. Dwight Eisenhower said that if he were elected to be president he would go over to Korea and settle the conflict. In June of 1953 I was drafted into the Army. When I was in basic training, then President “Ike” Eisenhower went to Korea and settled it as he had promised. I was very happy as I knew that I would be going over there.

• Lately, the Democrats have been criticizing the Republicans and Trump in particular that he has not done enough to combat the virus. The virus is an act of God. Trump has no control over it. Even blaming Trump for the virus related to deaths and not being compassionate and caring. Are the Democrats more compassionate and caring? I think not. How many unborn babies have been killed through abortion? Democrats say that it is a woman’s right to choose and OK by law. But the law of God is over all human law. God’s law says thou Shall not kill. Plain and simple.

• When I was sent over to Korea in 1953 we were told that we had to go there to fight communism. Now if Biden and Harris are elected president and vice president, Harris is all for socialism. Harris only a heart beat away from becoming president. To me, socialism and communism are much the same. Why should we abandon the free enterprise system when it has served us well for hundreds of years.

These are my thoughts, Thank you for taking the time to read them.
