Reduce unwanted, unplanned pregnancies
To the editor:
To my knowledge, increased abortion is certainly not the standard and goal of the Democratic party as stated by Lori Timmerman in her public forum letter of Oct. 13. If I may speak for other Democrats, our main goal in supporting Planned Parenthood is to reduce unwanted, unplanned pregnancies by making birth control available and affordable.
Logically, pro-lifers should have that same goal, because aren’t unwanted, unplanned pregnancies the reason for abortion?
