We are in this together
To the editor:
I do a lot of walking for exercise since I retired seven years ago. Marshall has always been a nice city to walk in.
In the past four weeks though, I have noticed on my walks that everyone is smiling and waving, whether meeting other walkers at a distance, drivers going by, or people looking out through a window in their home.
It seems that everyone is saying we are in this together and we will get through this together. There seems to be an awareness of compassion. It is good to see.
