Get ready for great evening of entertainment

To the editor:

Saturday will be an opportunity to see and hear some of the best musicians to be in the Marshall area since the Schwan 50th anniversary celebration when Chicago was in town. Pablo Cruise will take the stage around 9:30 p.m. after opening acts Patrick Mahoney and Matt Vee and the Killer Vees. Bring your chairs and get ready for a great evening of entertainment.

Pablo Cruise is comprised of five musicians and singers from California who are masters at their craft. Cory Lerios has composed lyrics and music for over 200 TV shows including “Baywatch.” David Jenkins is a master guitar player and a lead vocal. He was part of the country band Southern Pacific. He has played with Huey Lewis, The Doobie Brothers and Jefferson Starship, just to name a few. Steven Price is one of the best drummers ever to come out of California. Larry Antonino is truly a master at playing bass and vocals. He has been in movies and has toured with Air Supply, Barry Manilow and many others. Robby Wyckoff just came off of touring with the Roger Waters Band (Pink Floyd) as one of its lead singers.

Back in the day, Pablo Cruise toured extensively with the Eagles. Check them out at pablocruise.com .

What can one say about the Killer Vees? They are one of the best, if not the best, band in Minnesota today. If you have seen them perform you know what I am talking about. If not, you will be in for a treat.

Patrick Mahoney is from Dublin, Ireland, spending most of his time performing at the Silver Star Theater in Mesa, Arizona, and in Las Vegas during the summer months. Many winter visitors to Arizona and who frequent the Silver Star will know just how good Patrick Mahoney is. He has a new updated website, patrickmahoneyusa.com .
