REDWOOD FALLS -- Mass of Christian Burial for Evelyn "Evie" Jean (Zeman) Gewerth, 87, of Redwood Falls will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday at St. Catherine's Catholic Church in Redwood Falls, with a luncheon to follow at the church. Burial will be in Saint John’s Catholic Church Cemetery, in Morton, after the luncheon. A visitation will be from 4-7 p.m. Thursday at the Nelson-Hillestad Funeral Home in Redwood Falls. Visitation will continue one hour prior to mass at the church. The Nelson-Hillestad Funeral and Cremation Service of Morgan and Redwood Falls are in charge of the arrangements. She died Saturday, Aug. 8, 2026, at River Valley Health and Rehabilitation Center in Redwood Falls, surrounded by her family.
