HENDRICKS -- Services for Ruth (Ruthie) Johnson, 88, of Hendricks will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Christ Lutheran Church in Hendricks. Visitation will be from 4-6 p.m. Sunday at Christ Lutheran Church, with a family-led prayer service at 6 p.m. Visitation will resume one hour prior to the service at the church. Burial will follow the service at the East Hendricks (Calvary) Cemetery in Hendricks. Houseman Funeral Home, Birk Chapel in Hendricks has been entrusted with the arrangements.
She died Wednesday, July 22, 2026 at the Estelline Nursing Home in Estelline, S.D.
