Gregory Sykora

SPICER — A celebration of life for Gregory “Greg” Sykora, 73, of Spicer will be 2 p.m. Friday, Aug. 7, at First Covenant Church in Willmar. Visitation will be 5-7 p.m., Thursday, Aug. 6, at Harvey Anderson Funeral Home in Willmar. Visitation will continue one hour prior to his service at the church. Arrangements are with Harvey Anderson & Johnson Funeral Home in Willmar. Greg continued to think of others, even in the face of Creutzfeldt-Jakob Disease, choosing to donate his body for research, with the hope that it would lead to greater understanding and future advancements in the study of this rare disease.
